Do I need to contact each vendor separately? +
No — that's exactly what we handle for you. You submit one request through our Build My Event page, and we contact every vendor on your list, confirm availability, and collect all the quotes. You receive a single itemized proposal. One call, one team, one solution.
How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your event for standard bookings, and 2–3 months for larger productions, weddings, or events requiring multiple services. That said, we always do our best for last-minute requests — just reach out and we'll tell you what's possible.
What areas do you serve? +
We are based in New York City and serve events all across the USA. Whether your event is in Manhattan, Miami, Los Angeles, or anywhere in between — we can coordinate talent and services nationwide.
How does the bundle savings work? +
The more services you add to your event, the more you save on our admin fee. Bundles start at 3 services for 5% savings, up to 15% savings when you book 10 or more services. Savings are automatically calculated and applied to your quote — no codes needed.
What if a vendor becomes unavailable? +
If a vendor becomes unavailable after confirmation, we find a replacement immediately — at no extra cost and with no disruption to you. Our network of hundreds of vetted professionals means we always have a backup. There are no problems, only solutions.
Can you supply DJs or performers on a regular basis for my venue? +
Absolutely — this is one of our core B2B offerings. We supply DJs, live musicians, bands, saxophonists, and performers to restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs, and any venue that needs consistent entertainment. Is there a minimum number of services I need to book? +
No minimum. You can book a single service — a DJ for your event, a photographer, or just transportation — and we'll handle it with the same care as a full production. Of course, the more you bundle, the more you save.
How do I get a price? +
Use our Build My Event tool to select the services you need. Fill in your event details — date, location, and guest count — and submit. We'll contact each vendor, confirm availability, and send you one transparent, itemized quote. No hidden fees.
