The Tusk Bar
Named one of Esquire's Best Bars in America. Set in the lobby of The Evelyn Hotel, The Tusk Bar pairs timeless elegance with free-wheeling flair. The centerpiece is a show-stopping grand marble bar, surrounded by intimate cocktail tables and lounge-style seating nooks. The inspiration — an upscale bohemian Parisian apartment — balances historic features with vintage elements and eclectic art.

The Cabanas
One of the most visually striking outdoor dining spaces in New York City. A semi-open pergola structure bursting with cascading pink bougainvillea, lush greenery, and climbing vines — it feels like a hidden garden in the middle of Chelsea. Natural wood furniture, striped overhead canopy, and flowers from every direction create an atmosphere that photographs beautifully and feels genuinely unique. The Speakeasy
Enter through a door disguised as a vintage Coca-Cola vending machine and discover a 19th-century fairy tale lounge that your guests will never forget. Inside: a lush jungle-inspired mural covering the ceiling, a glowing gold bar, and luxurious velvet seating throughout. The space has no parallel in New York City for private events — intimate, immersive, and completely unexpected. Live jazz, burlesque, and entertainment available to elevate the experience.

A charmingly restored home from the 1880s, Moby's serves seasonally driven Italian food and cocktails across five spaces and acres of gardens in East Hampton. And we know it first-hand — Reset Talents has produced here: WATSON held down the decks for the 4th of July weekend, and our projector visuals ran the room.
